Agreement to these terms
By visiting jobcatchok.com or using Job Catch services, you agree to these Terms of Use / Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.
Paid clients also receive a separate pilot agreement and/or Master Service Agreement (MSA) that govern the commercial relationship. Where those signed agreements conflict with these website Terms on pricing, scope, or liability for paid service, the signed agreement controls for that client engagement.
Who we are / what the service is
Job Catch is provided by Job Catch LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Provider," "we," "us").
Location: Durant, Oklahoma area.
Site: jobcatchok.com.
Job Catch is inbound AI software for trades and similar businesses: an automated receptionist for inbound calls, missed-call text-back when SMS / 10DLC is live, and calendar booking support.
Job Catch is not:
- a live answering service;
- a 911, medical, fire, police, or other emergency / life-safety dispatch service;
- an outbound AI calling platform;
- a tool for cold SMS or spam.
Public plan names on the site are Desk, Book, and Grow. Listed public prices apply to those plans; any pilot fee is not a public list price and is handled under a separate pilot agreement.
Accounts, pilots, and paid plans
Website browsing does not create a paid account. Pilots and paid plans (Desk / Book / Grow) require a signed order form, pilot agreement, and/or MSA. Feature availability (including SMS) depends on what is enabled for your account and on regulatory readiness (for example, 10DLC).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or service for illegal purposes.
- Market Job Catch (or your use of it) as emergency dispatch, 911, or life-safety response.
- Use Job Catch tools for outbound AI calling, cold SMS, spam, or other unsolicited commercial messaging.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the site, APIs, or related systems.
- Submit false booking or contact information in a way that harms others.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations (see Suspension below).
AI disclaimer
The AI assistant may misunderstand callers, omit details, or make mistakes. You (the business owner / client) must:
- Keep a working owner failover contact current;
- Review summaries and bookings as needed;
- Handle emergencies yourself — Job Catch does not replace emergency services.
Intellectual property
The Job Catch name, site content, software, branding, and related materials are owned by Provider or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except as allowed for normal use of the site or under a written client agreement. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy on jobcatchok.com (same site; path typically /privacy). See that page for collection, use, SMS practices (when enabled), and contact methods.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" within reason. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for missed emergencies or for any failure of a caller to reach 911 or other emergency services. Job Catch is inbound software, not emergency dispatch.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVIDER’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PROVIDER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, FOR SITE-ONLY VISITORS WITH NO PAID RELATIONSHIP, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100)). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST JOBS, OR MISSED EMERGENCY OUTCOMES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Paid clients: the liability cap and exclusions in the signed MSA or pilot agreement control for that engagement.
Indemnity (light)
You agree to defend and indemnify Provider against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your marketing claims (including emergency-dispatch or similar claims), your unlawful SMS or calling practices, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by Provider’s willful misconduct. Paid clients: indemnity in the signed MSA controls for that engagement.
Suspension
We may suspend or limit access to the site or service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, failed to pay amounts due under a client agreement, or if required by law or carriers. We will try to give notice when practical.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction for disputes relating to these website Terms will be in the state or federal courts serving Durant / Bryan County, Oklahoma, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on jobcatchok.com with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes affecting paid clients may also be addressed under the MSA notice process.
