1. Who we are
Job Catch (jobcatchok.com) is provided by Job Catch LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Job Catch," "we," "us," or "our").
We provide an inbound AI receptionist, missed-call text-back (when SMS / 10DLC is enabled), and calendar booking tools for trades and appointment businesses in southern Oklahoma / Texoma and similar markets.

2. What this page covers
This page is:
- Our Privacy Policy (how we collect and use information), and
- Our SMS Messaging Terms & consent notice (for carrier / 10DLC registration and for people who receive texts related to Job Catch).
Paid clients may also have a signed pilot agreement or Master Service Agreement (MSA). If a signed agreement conflicts with this page on a paid engagement, the signed agreement controls for that client.
3. What we collect
Depending on how you use the website or the Job Catch product, we may collect:
- Website / lead form data — name, shop name, phone, trade, town, preferred callback time, and any notes you submit
- Call metadata — numbers involved, time, duration, call status
- Call transcripts — text of inbound AI-handled calls (default)
- Call audio — only if recording is enabled and callers are given notice
- Booking information — names, phones, service details, preferred times, notes
- Business / owner contact — name, email, phone, business name
- SMS content — when SMS is enabled: message body and delivery metadata
- Demo-line activity — that you called the public demo; we may log/transcribe the demo call
- Technical / analytics — if enabled on the site (IP, device/browser, pages viewed)
- Account / billing data — for paid clients, as needed to provide and bill the service
We do not intentionally collect more than we need to run the service. We do not buy cold calling lists for outbound spam. Posture: inbound-only.
4. How we use information
- Operate the inbound AI receptionist, booking help, and (when enabled) SMS flows
- Call you back when you request a callback via the website form
- Send transactional SMS described in §8 (when enabled)
- Support clients, improve reliability, and fix issues
- Comply with law and enforce agreements
We do not sell personal information or phone-number lists.
5. AI processing
Job Catch uses an automated AI assistant for inbound calls and (when enabled) related messaging. It may create transcripts, summaries, and booking suggestions.
A human (the shop owner / our client, and Job Catch support as needed) may review that data to deliver the service. AI can misunderstand callers. Clients must keep a working failover cell number current. Job Catch is not 911 or emergency dispatch.
6. Call recording and transcripts
- Inbound greetings disclose that an AI assistant is handling the call and that the interaction may be transcribed and/or recorded, as configured
- Default: retain transcripts, not long-term call audio
- Audio only with notice; do not store audio without notice
7. Sharing (processors)
We share information only as needed with service providers such as:
- Voice / AI telephony providers
- CRM / automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel-class tools)
- Calendar providers you connect
- SMS / telecom carriers and messaging platforms
- Hosting, analytics, and support vendors
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer, with appropriate safeguards.
9. Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, support, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and secure backups.

10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No transmission or storage method is 100% secure.
11. Your choices and rights
Request access, correction, or deletion via the contact options on jobcatchok.com. We may verify identity and may retain records when required by law or legitimate business needs.
12. Children
Not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
13. Changes
We may update this page. The effective date will change on publish of a new version. Material changes may be noted to clients by email or notice when appropriate.
